The synopsis really covers it all. I actually enjoyed myself through the entire film (even one part where Mittens sounded an awful lot like she was telling Jesse’s Toy Story 2 backstory- but with minor differences). I started to think “Oh wonderful, Disney really does hate women. It took decades before they allowed the characters to have mothers and now they’re giving all the girls abandonment issues.” Thankfully the film pulled me out of my negative mindframe and threw me back into a needed light hearted comedy/action adventure that caters to ALL people.

The list can go on and on, but won’t because I did a redbox rental with a promo code and if I don’t view it tonight and return it tomorrow it won’t be free.

My take on Bolt. I liked it. I really liked it and I’m a hard sell on just about everything. This sayer did not say nay! Disney is usually pretty good at churning out ‘kid movies’ that people of all ages can and usually do enjoy and the tradition continues with this one.
