I’ve yet to get my laptop fixed. My mean, cruel, idiotic, stupid, horrid, dumb, moronic… you get the picture. There is ONE benefit in using my HDTV as my desktop computer monitor (because sitting in the middle of my living room- typing so the whole world can see what I’m writing is not a benefit.) I can watch films/shows off the internet properly.
Amazon sent me a link to their new “Videos On Demand” and I was able to watch (for free) the new pilots and season premier’s of shows yet to air!
Yay me and all the other people who have done that. The bonus part of going there other than seeing shows before they air? No commercial interruption (unlike Hulu)! The rest of the viewing… well it’ll cost you a little to watch shows/films et al. I don’t think it’ll be worth it considering the films run the same to rent as it does at the local video store and much more than Netflix or Blockbuster. This poses a problem for people such as myself. Usually when I rent a DVD I don’t watch the entire thing the same night. In fact, it may take several attempts to view one movie (depending on what’s going on in my life).
What has been going on in my life this month? A LOT! I shared the biggest news (Isla) the rest is for me to know… and that’s it.
