I wanted to thank everyone so much for helping 2007 become a year of new family, new chances and feelings of belonging.What started off as a scary year of uncertainity as we resided in a hospital upstate as a risky operation went awry, as thankful as I was when we were able to resume life at home, there was still a greater feeling of disconnect. A great worry that had weighed on my heart and mind for quite some time prior to the surgery was finally lifted after the “Let’s hope this one works” took place, but it was still difficult to transition back into the swing of things.

Mid-summer as I finally felt life was resuming, I came across AG and loved what I read. I merely wanted to link to join the link exchange, and instead I found a home and a wonderful friend and extension of my family.

So many dreams have been coming true in my time spent here via my want to meet wonderful people and have true friendships,  passion to write and to be read, playing with fun gadgets and then the biggest wish came true of all- Jonathon getting the chance to go to Comic-Con 08 in NYC to meet the creative minds behind his heroes and his passions.

To do something for yourself and create your own happiness is one thing, to see people come together and make your childs dream come true is the greatest feeling in the world.

From the bottom of my heart I wanted to say thank you to everyone for making 2007 the best year I can recall and for setting the tone for 2008.

My faith in people has been restored and I’m finding myself more accepting and embracing of the world around me.
